Shell protection

Shell protection structured in three levels with individually set rights.

Certificate

The facility is certified to protection class 3 according to SSF 200.
The facility is certified to alarm class 3 according to SSF 130.

Alarm

Intruder alarm connected to NOC and security company.

Camera system and access control

Camera surveillance available in all areas, the material is stored for 6 months. The access system logs all accesses, and logs are stored for at least 6 months.

Fire

Distribution-based extinguishing system in all halls, with particle detection and separate extinguishing centres directly connected to SOS & Bahnhof’s own NOC.

Electricity

Alarmed & locked basement switchgear connected directly to the public grid. A total of three Eaton 9395 UPS, total output of 1.9 MW.
Redundancy ratio: 3N+2
Battery life at maximum load is 10 minutes.
All batteries are lead-acid batteries.

Backup power

Total output of 2.6 MW.
3 MTU V16 with individual extinguishing systems for each machine.

Cooling
Main cooling:
3 heat pumps with 500kW cooling power each.
Redundancy ratio: N
Redundancy ratio emergency cooling: N+1 

Secondary cooling:
3 heat exchangers connected to the public district cooling network. 

Redundancy ratio: N+1. 

The data center cooling is produced by ceiling-mounted fan-air coolers in the hot aisles of each hall.
